Delegate Statement

I am a coordination nerd. I am an Optimism delegate and citizen badge holder. Also, I am the co-founder of CharmVerse, a platform powering community and grants programs of Optimism, Arbritrum, Polygon, Cyber, Mocaverse, and Mantle.

Having built multiple web2 and web3 startups over the past ten years, I have developed a practical view that blends being Ethereum-aligned and capitalism. I am thrilled and humbled that we are given the chance to rebuild the internet with blockchain technologies.

Our world needs an L2 dedicated to social, and Cyber is that ecosystem. I am excited to build with everyone here to make that a reality.

On grants, I believe that it is a powerful tool for growing ecosystems but it has to be done right. We must align mission, vision and objectives between the foundation and grantees. Also, we must hold each other accountable in order to achieve positive sum outcomes.

Decentralization
On decentralization, I believe teams need to have large autonomy to execute quickly while voters get to hold them accountable mainly in the form of asset allocations. Don't vote on everything. Vote on items that create the right incentives, driving the right behaviors.

On ecosystem development, long term alignments are key. Every initiatives should aim to bring in the right builders and encourage the wrong ones to self-select out.
